| Description | Date: / 02 / 2024 Bid Reference No: PD-EHV-07-2024 National Transmission and Despatch Company (NTDC) ?the Employer?, intends to get the Works done for Tender No. PD-EHV-07-2024 through NTDC own resources. The Scope of works includes the following: SUPPLY OF OFFICE FURNITURE AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS ETC REQUIRED FOR 220KV GRID STATION QUAID-E-AZAM BUSINESS PARK SHEIKHUPURA The Employer invites sealed bids from eligible firms or persons licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council in the appropriate category for the above scope of Works. National Competitive Bidding (NCB) will be conducted in accordance with PEC Single Stage- Single Envelope (SSSE) procedure. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, etc. can be purchased on or before March 20th, 2024 at the following address during office hours. The method of payment will be by cash or bank draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan in favor of Project Director (EHV) NTDC Lahore. 5. The bidder should have experience of at least 01 No. supply of similar nature of work at 220kV or above level Grid Stations within the last five (05) years. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount not less than 2% of total bid price in Pak. Rupees in the form of Deposit at Call or a Bank Guarantee issued by a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan in favor of the Employer valid for a period up to Twenty-Eight (28) days beyond the bid validity date. The bids prepared in accordance with the instructions in the bidding documents must be delivered to the above office on or before March 21st, 2024 at 10:00 hours. Bids will be opened at 10:30 hours on the same day, in the presence of Bidder?s representatives who choose to attend at the same address.
